About the Role
Adjunct Faculty in English
USC Sumter is seeking an Adjunct Instructor in English to teach ENGL101: Critical Reading and Composition, and ENGL102: Rhetoric and Composition.Courses may be in-person in Lexington, Richland, or Sumter Counties, or online.Candidates should possess a Master's degree and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline.Master's Degree or Ph.D. in the discipline preferred.Please indicate your interest in teaching in person and/or online.Teaching experience in post-secondary education and with online instruction is desired.Experience teaching the above-named course(s) or equivalent is ideal.
This appointment is on a course-by-course basis.Salary is commensurate with education, experience and discipline.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in English.
