Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications.Benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.Job Duties
- Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.
- Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
- Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
- Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
- Provide efficient and professional service to members.
- Maintain member confidentiality.
This role follows a rotating schedule, covering Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7p.m., with multiple Saturday shifts each month from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Qualifications - A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.
- Have experience working in a service or sales related capacity.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
- Have ability to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs.
