The Merchandising Manager for Apparel will lead the execution of seasonal product strategies, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. This role acts as a key consumer advocate, refining assortments based on market trends and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product creation and go-to-market strategies while analyzing business performance to optimize sales and margins.

  • Manage seasonal line plans, ensuring a balanced assortment that meets financial targets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales) to drive product creation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending in-season actions to drive sales and margin.
  • Mentor and lead Associate Merchandisers, fostering skill development and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.

  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute seasonal line plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business performance optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team mentorship capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Hiring Range: $108,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
