About the Role

Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

$24-$27 an hour

This role is primarily responsible for scheduling interviews and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and Candidates:

  • Scheduling : Phone, video or in-person interviews for various positions across all North America sites.
  • Communication : Via phone / email/TEAMS directly with candidates and site HR team members to coordinate interviews, assist with applications, and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks: Initiate, track and follow up on background checks, scheduling and tracking of post-offer drug tests and physical examinations. Escalate discrepancies or candidate issues to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor or Specialist.
  • Track and monitor tasks to ensure completion. Update applicant tracking system to reflect real-time status changes.
  • Partner with the Travel Dept. and candidate to coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or Executive Coordination
  • Experience using Outlook or a similar tool for scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency when supporting multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of common recruiting processes, procedures, and sourcing techniques
Additional Details:
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Intermediate level experience working with Excel
  • Experience generating recruiting reports and metrics
