About you:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Lightyear marketing team and own our digital presence end-to-end. This is a hands-on, website-first role — you'll be the person who looks at our traffic and asks "how do we get more out of what we've already got." You'll manage two direct reports (a Paid Executive and a Web Executive) and work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns that convert.

This is a great role for someone early in their management journey who wants genuine ownership of digital channels in a fast-growing B2B SaaS product.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own the Lightyear website as a product, improving user journeys, landing pages and on-site experience to increase conversion across the buyer journey.
  • Run conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments, including A/B testing, and improve key touchpoints such as chat, forms and campaign landing pages.
  • Manage and support a Paid Executive and a Web Executive, giving clear direction, feedback and helping them deliver strong results.
  • Review performance across web, paid and conversion, and turn insights into clear, actionable briefs for the wider team.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on website performance and conversion.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring others, or taking ownership of projects and outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with search engine optimisation (SEO) and a working understanding of paid channels such as search or social.
  • Confidence using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to turn data into clear recommendations.
