As a Principal Engineer, you will help establish the engineering vision and act as the translator between strategic intent and scalable execution.This role drives technical direction and engineering strategy across enterprise engineering platforms by building the "paved path" - with a particular focus on developer experience, platform observability, and design and content enablement used by teams across the organization.You will influence strategy at the highest levels, ensure platform investments tie back to broader business ROI, and guide teams toward scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that reduce cognitive load.
Success in this role requires strong systems-level judgment, the ability to operate platforms as products (where engineering teams are your customers), and the credibility to lead through influence - evangelizing the "why" and bringing engineering teams along while collaborating closely with product, design, and senior technology leaders.
