About the Role

Director Of Sales

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Director of Sales with experience in composites, engineered materials, industrial materials, or adjacent technical industrial products to help expand our client's North American business across industrial manufacturing markets.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on industrial business development experience, understands application-driven technical sales environments, and has a proven ability to develop new customers, open markets, and drive growth across multiple industrial sectors.

This is a highly market-facing role focused on industrial applications, customer development, and commercial expansion — best suited for someone who enjoys building business within technical industrial manufacturing environments while leading and further developing an existing sales team and helping build future commercial structure in North America, rather than operating within highly layered corporate sales organizations.
