Position Overview
Aligned Technology Group is seeking a Cloud Billing & Finance Analyst to manage AWS billing operations, financial reporting, and chargeback/showback processes. This role will bridge the gap between cloud operations and finance by providing visibility into cloud spend and helping organizations allocate costs accurately across business units.
Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR)
Manage cloud billing operations and support billing inquiries
Implement chargeback and showback reporting models
Develop executive financial dashboards and reporting
Support cloud budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation initiatives
Manage marketplace subscriptions and billing processes
Establish repeatable monthly billing and reporting cycles
Train stakeholders on AWS billing structures and terminology
Qualifications
3+ years of finance, cloud billing, or financial operations experience
Experience with AWS billing and cost management tools
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools
Understanding of cloud financial management concepts
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector organizations preferred
