This role is responsible for coaching sales leaders, improving conversion and productivity metrics, and partnering cross-functionally to support scalable growth and exceptional customer experience.The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-driven leader with strong experience managing performance-focused sales teams and developing talent in evolving environments.PERKS:

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead day-to-day sales performance initiatives focused on revenue growth, conversion, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales leadership staff while fostering a high-performing and accountable culture
- Analyze reporting and sales metrics to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities and implement strategic action plans
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to improve lead quality, customer experience, and sales effectiveness
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and development of sales team members and leaders
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and sales planning initiatives to support organizational growth
QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience leading sales managers or team leaders in a performance-driven B2C sales environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
