Retail Sales Associate Details:

• Direct hire position
• $16.00/hour
• Full-time work available
• Weekend work required
• First shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Assist customers by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and helping with product selection
• Operate the POS to process purchases, returns, and transactions accurately
• Stock and merchandise shelves, unload shipments, and maintain organized product displays
• Maintain store cleanliness by keeping the sales floor, stockroom, and work areas tidy and safe

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and provide helpful product support
• Reliable work habits including punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Preferred retail or cashier experience including POS familiarity and customer service background (not required)
• No diploma requirement listed, but candidates must pass any company-required screenings or evaluations
• Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
