What You'll Get To Do:
  • Oversees the enrollment process, development, and management of individualized skill-building and employment plans, ensuring all services are delivered in alignment with best practices and funding source requirements.
  • Supports participants in identifying and pursuing skill-building and employment goals, implementing tailored plans to help them secure, retain, and advance in employment.
  • Provides expert guidance in career exploration, job search strategies, employment applications, resume development, interview preparation, and essential job skills.
  • Attends networking events in the community to cultivate relationships with local employers to help create job opportunities that align with participant goals and abilities.
  • Delivers training and coaching to participants with diverse abilities across various settings, adapting instructional approaches to meet individual needs and may facilitate orientation at new employment or training sites.
  • Completes thorough and timely documentation and data entry for participant files, adhering to requirements from funding sources, Goodwill NCW, and CARF, which includes monitoring participants' progress toward vocational independence.
  • Identifies and facilitates appropriate group and individual training, as well as professional development opportunities, delivering instruction in a person-centered manner.
  • Builds and sustains relationships with funding sources, submitting accurate reports and participating in accreditation, licensing, and audit meetings as required.
  • Assess participants' basic financial wellness needs, providing foundational financial education and resources. Refer participants to specialized financial counseling or intensive support services when appropriate, ensuring access to comprehensive financial wellness solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We Need From You:
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar field is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous case management/coaching experience is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • At least an intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required.
