Campus Manager Training Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campus Manager Training Associate based in India.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling student entrepreneurship program, where you will directly shape the success of hundreds of Campus Managers across universities.You will be responsible for guiding trainees through their onboarding journey, helping them build strong entrepreneurial skills and launch their on-campus businesses.The position combines coaching, communication, and operational execution in a high-performance, fast-paced remote environment.You will engage daily with trainees, ensuring they stay motivated, informed, and on track throughout their training.

Your feedback and evaluation will directly influence who progresses in the program and ultimately contributes to business growth.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in structured chaos, enjoys mentoring, and is energized by measurable outcomes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success and structure of the Campus Manager training program by ensuring trainees receive the guidance, structure, and feedback needed to perform at a high level. You will:

  • Communicate daily with Campus Manager trainees via email, text, and calls to provide guidance, updates, and structured support
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the training program, ensuring smooth onboarding and progression workflows
  • Mentor trainees to develop entrepreneurial thinking and support them in launching and scaling their campus-based businesses
  • Evaluate trainee performance, provide structured feedback, and make progression or graduation decisions while balancing quality and volume standards
  • Maintain high engagement and accountability across a distributed group of student entrepreneurs
Requirements:

This role is suited for individuals who are strong communicators, highly organized, and motivated by performance-driven environments. You should bring:

  • 1.5+ years of professional experience, preferably in training, operations, education, sales, or customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others effectively
  • High comfort with managing multiple conversations and workflows in a fast-paced, remote setup
  • Ability to assess performance objectively and provide clear, actionable feedback
  • Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and consistency in execution
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, or developing early-career talent
  • Comfort working night shifts aligned with US business hours
Benefits:
  • Monthly base salary of USD 700
  • Night shift allowance of USD 80 per month
  • Fully remote work setup
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance after a 3-month contract
