Alta Resources is hiring Customer Service Representatives, located at our Ortigas, Pasig City call center, to support our client's products. You bring the desire to succeed as a customer service professional and we'll provide the necessary training and on-going education. Previous work experience in healthcare and retail, or call center industries is helpful but not required.

Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client's customers
Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
