About the Role

Associate Director, Delivery (Creative)

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

We are pioneers at heart. What this means, is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That's why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.

Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning, that with people across 20+ countries, we're big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients' problems, no matter where you are in the world.

The Role:

We're looking for a highly organized, creatively minded Associate Director, Delivery to join our growing advertising team. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between creative, strategy, account, and production—ensuring that ideas move seamlessly from conception to delivery. You'll manage timelines, resources, workflows, and communication across multiple integrated campaigns, helping our teams deliver exceptional work on time and on brief.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and budgets
  • Ensure deliverables stay on timeline, within scope, and aligned to client objectives
  • Facilitate sprint planning, creative reviews, and feedback loops with internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with creative teams (design, copy, video, production) to understand needs and remove blockers
  • Collaborate with account managers to support client communication, expectations, and approvals
  • Work alongside strategy and media to ensure deliverables ladder up to overall campaign goals
  • Coordinate internal resources and identify bandwidth needs across teams
  • Manage freelance and vendor relationships, including contracting, onboarding, and tracking deliverables
  • Support estimates, scoping, and resourcing for upcoming work
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all creative assets before final delivery
  • Champion best practices for workflow efficiency, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
  • Maintain version control and ensure all assets are properly captured, stored, and archived

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of project management experience in an advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns
  • Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools
  • Familiarity with media, performance marketing, or content strategy
  • Agency experience supporting large-scale brand campaigns

What Do We Offer?

  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401k plan, plus matching
  • PTO
  • Paid Company Holidays
  • Parental Leave
