We're building the AI-native social engineering defense platform.
This means we're designing scalable systems that monitor billions of domains, social media accounts, apps, dark web forums, etc., and leverage AI agents to identify and neutralize digital threats.
We're looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused forward deployed engineer who can drive successful enterprise onboardings, manage complex API and webhook integrations, and bridge technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and scalability. The ideal candidate combines strong coding ability (Python preferred) with hands-on project management and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform
Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs
Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc).
Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers
Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform.
Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders
Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications
Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions
API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers
Able to build applications on top of our webhook platform to level up Doppel use-cases
Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations.
Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health.
Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices.
A proficient technical background - to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management
Proven project management with multiple parties across time zones
Be extremely customer facing, and have a resilient, troubleshooting mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to query data and build dashboards.
