About the Role
Zoho MFG Consultant
A Zoho MFG Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho-based solutions to manage manufacturing operations. This includes production planning, inventory control, procurement, and order fulfillment. The role focuses on aligning manufacturing business processes with Zoho applications to improve efficiency, traceability, and operational visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in designing and configuring Zoho-based manufacturing solutions
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders, and production planning
Proficiency in Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM
Configuration experience with multi-level BOMs, production workflows, routing, and job tracking
Prior work experience in the client's industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Engage with production, procurement, inventory, and finance teams to understand their needs
Map current workflows and identify process improvements
Design and configure Zoho-based solutions to enhance manufacturing operations
