The East Coast Area Sales Director we are looking for: A disciplined, strategic, and team-oriented leader who can balance coaching, execution, and enterprise engagement. This person will oversee HFD's East Coast sales team, spending about half their time in the field alongside their reps. They will ensure alignment with corporate partners, act as the point of escalation for key accounts, and represent HFD at key events. Their success will be measured by regional growth, consistency of execution, and the performance of the team they lead.
