    • Plan and deliver structured, personalised intervention programmes.
    • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents, staff, and the SEN team.
  • Collaboration & Training:

    • Provide guidance, training, and best-practice advice to staff on identifying and supporting students with dyslexia.
    • Support whole-school approaches to inclusive education and raise awareness of SpLD needs across the school.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping in line with school and data-protection requirements.
    • Maintain continuous professional development (CPD) to remain compliant with professional standards and updated guidance.
    • Participate in meetings and staff CPD opportunities.
    • Communicate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure they feel supported and receive the best possible outcome for students.
    • Undertake any other work as specified by their line manager.

  • Commitment to inclusive education and ongoing professional growth
  • Desirable: Experience conducting online dyslexia assessments
