You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across assigned territories, primarily in the Eastern United States, while managing longand consultative enterprise sales cycles. Accountabilities:- Lead the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans for implant management software solutions, with responsibility for achieving individual revenue and quota targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders, including hospital executives and clinical leaders across complex health systems.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, forecasting, and deal closure within long-cycle enterprise environments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to align go-to-market strategy and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce reporting and forecasting across all pipeline stages, ensuring transparency and discipline in sales execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and expansion opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and onsite customer engagements across healthcare facilities.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience selling value-based healthcare software, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven success selling into senior hospital leadership (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CNOs, clinical executives).
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, ideally including surgical settings, implant or tissue tracking, or clinical operations workflows.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Experience in SaaS or software licensing models with long enterprise sales processes.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, competitive, and highly regulated healthcare market.
