About the Role

Join our team as an HR Operations Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, providing first-level support to employees, and contributing to various HR projects and initiatives. This position provides essential day-to-day support within a fast-paced HR environment, where managing multiple priorities and responding with urgency is critical. This role requires prior HR experience and someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who proactively identifies solutions, improves processes, and ensures accurate, compliant HR operations while delivering excellent service to employees. Position Highlights:
  • $ 22.93-$28.09 /hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 24/7 telemedicine
  • Profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan available
  • Generous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more!
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • This position is on-site, but there may be opportunity for a hybrid schedule after the onboarding period

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary contact for first-level HR support, interpreting and applying HR policies to answer employee questions
  • Guide employees on submitting information or documents to HR and escalate complex issues to the HR Operations Supervisor
  • Administer and audit employee data in the HRIS software, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support HR decision-making
  • Manage various employee-related HR processes, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to improve effectiveness and efficiency in HRIS workflows and processes
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance workflows and employee experience
  • Provide direct audit support, including running reports and reviewing personnel files, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Supervisor to create and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement operational processes and procedures based on input from audits conducted by accrediting bodies or HR leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area + 2 years of experience in Human Resources working as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR related function, or similar administrative and technical support position OR
  • High School Diploma or GED + 4 years of experience in Human Resources working as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR related function, or similar administrative and technical support position
  • Continuously adapts to new policies and procedures to resolve personnel transactions, inquiries, and issues
  • Duties occasionally may require overtime or work during the evenings or weekends
