You will take direct ownership of financial operations and multi-entity accounting as a trusted resource for a growing business. Your self-driven problem-solving will directly impact the stability and cash flow across all operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage full-charge bookkeeping functions across multiple operating entities under a parent company using QuickBooks Online.
- Oversee and track financial profiles, ledger transactions, and income for rental property accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable continuously, executing proactive follow-up calls and communications to ensure prompt collections.
- Balance accounts, reconcile financial statements, and maintain precise ledgers to support operational clarity.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies independently to keep financial data accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide clear financial reporting and actionable insight into cash flow.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Direct hands-on experience managing financial accounts using QuickBooks Online.
- Prior experience using Buildertrend software for construction-related accounting.
- Proven ability to independently oversee accounts receivable and execute professional collection calls.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multi-entity accounting structures under a main parent company.
- High self-reliance with a track record of figuring out solutions independently.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of related bookkeeping and accounting experience.
- Background managing real estate or rental property financial accounts.
