Client is expanding into TikTok Shop and is looking for a specialist who understands the platform beyond surface-level execution. This role focuses on proper setup, ongoing management, creator coordination, and protecting store health as programs scale.
This is not just listing products. TikTok Shop is sensitive, fast-moving, and operationally complex. Client needs someone who knows the rules and how not to get stores burned.
What You'll Own
TikTok Shop account setup and configuration
Product listing creation and optimization
Coordination with ShopDance or advising when not to use it
GMV Max campaign support in collaboration with media buyers
Creator sourcing, onboarding, and management tied to Shop performance
Monitoring store health, compliance, and platform restrictions
Operational best practices to prevent penalties, rating drops, or account issues
Internal documentation and process recommendations as Human scales this offering
What We Needs From You
Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, not just ads
Understanding of TikTok Shop policies, risks, and platform limitations
Experience working with creators, affiliates, or UGC pipelines
Strong attention to detail. Mistakes here are expensive
Ability to explain platform decisions clearly to internal teams and clients
