About the Role
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Overview:
In this role, you will drive the success of the live business across agency and client direct partnerships. You will partner with Sales and Services teams to deliver customer support to a defined set of accounts with focus on building strong partnerships and ensuring your customers successfully reach their main business objectives. You will educate your customers on the Quantcast product suite, competitive position in the market and showcase how these products may help grow their business.
Essential Functions:
You will lead as the main point of contact for servicing customers by navigating questions utilizing Quantcast and industry related resources, sharing insights, and recommendations to move the business forward.
Develop account strategy that will mitigate risk in revenue loss and maximize the amount of advertiser spend with Quantcast
You will partner closely with the Sales and Services team to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in an efficient manner
Ensure agreed upon deal is successful by consulting with clients on their business objectives and providing product solutions to meet objectives
You will serve as a liaison to Media Planner/Buy and Manager level contacts regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth
Minimum requirements:
Education: College Degree required
Experience: 2-4 years of media experience
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, procedures, techniques
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small teams with minimal supervision
Basic understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital advertising landscape
