We hire modern operators who use AI tools daily to increase output, sharpen ideas, and eliminate inefficiency.Role Overview We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Email Graphic Designer to become a go-to designer for paid social and acquisition-focused creative for our clients.This role is performance-first.You will own visual execution across Meta, TikTok, and email, building scalable testing systems and high-converting ad creative.You will collaborate closely with media buyers and creative strategists to drive measurable performance improvements.This is a high-output, iteration-heavy role.
We expect you to be proficient in leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, variation creation, and workflow efficiency.
Core Responsibilities Paid Social & Performance Creative (Primary Focus) • Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms • Create structured creative variations for systematic A/B testing • Develop thumb-stopping hooks and performance-driven visual concepts • Translate performance data into new design iterations • Rapidly iterate based on feedback from media buyers • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversion • Use AI tools to generate visual concepts, variations, angles, and layout exploration Creative Systems & Testing Infrastructure • Build modular ad templates that allow for fast testing at scale • Develop structured naming, file organization, and creative testing workflows • Improve internal systems to increase output without sacrificing quality • Support the creative strategy team with rapid concept mockups • Ensure consistent on-time delivery across accounts • Use AI to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and visual exploration Cross-Channel Support (Secondary) • Support email marketing design when needed • Collaborate on brand refreshes and visual system improvements Email Design & Lifecycle Creative (Primary Focus)
- Design high-converting email campaigns and automated flows
- Build modular, scalable email templates
- Create mobile-first, conversion-focused layouts
- Collaborate with strategists on structure, hooks, and offer framing
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple DTC accounts
- Continuously improve hierarchy, CTA structure, and visual clarity
- Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, layout exploration, copy refinement, and iteration
Design Tools, Workflow & AI Integration • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of paid social ad specs and platform nuances
• Highly organized with spreadsheets, task lists, and deadlines
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, image generation tools, etc.)
• Ability to explain how AI increases your output and iteration speed
What Success Looks Like in 12 Months • Noticeable improvement in CTR and thumb-stop rates across accounts
• Increased creative testing velocity across all clients
• Clear modular systems built for scalable paid social production
• Faster iteration cycles driven by AI integration
• Strong collaboration between design, strategy, and media buying
• Reliable on-time delivery with minimal oversight

Requirements Must-Have Experience • 3-6+ years designing for DTC brands
• Strong portfolio of real paid social ad creative (not just brand work or mockups)
• Experience designing high-performing static ads for Meta and TikTok
• Understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused design
• Experience working closely with performance teams or media buyers
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily workflow
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Strong typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity across performance ads
- Strong portfolio of real email marketing work (not just mockups)
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP
Strong Plus If You Have • Agency experience managing multiple DTC accounts
• Experience designing landing pages or CRO-focused pages
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS)
• Experience building modular creative testing systems
• Experience working directly with founders or CEOs
