SAP PMMO Role

As an SAP PMMO (GPD experience as a minimum if no PMMO) resource, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing AD project-based manufacturing processes within the S4 SAP ecosystem. Your expertise will contribute to efficient material requirements planning (MRP), project systems, logistics optimization, and streamlined project execution.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Assembly Processing Complex Manufacturing - SAP PMMO experience (5+ years of GPD experience in lieu of PMMO experience including at least 1 customer go-live)
• Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) Grouping Pegging Distribution (GPD) SAP Best Practice
• Grouping, Pegging, Distribution, Breakpoints - 5+ years of SAP PS experience with a minimum of 1 lifecycle implementation of SAP - Ability to work/coordinate with offshore/offsite teams located in global locations and delivering SAP services
• Propose solution improvements and gaps resolution strategies, providing design estimates for enhancements, project plans, systems design, requirements specifications
• Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.

• Workshop Collateral
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to do root cause analysis to eliminate repeat occurrence of issues
• Experience and understanding functional integration with MRP views of Material Master, Shop Floor Execution: Make to Order (MTO) Planning Strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, Lead Time Scheduling, Co-products, Subcontracting, Capacity Planning, Variable size planning, planned scrap, MRP Areas, Advance Procurement, Quota Arrangements
• Good knowledge of BoMs and Routings in an A&D environment
• Logistic and Controlling use of Project Systems
• Goods Movements
• Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) - Excellent communication skills - ECC or S/4HANA SAP PS certification a plus
