Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative with Mark Rossmiller State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
  2. Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  5. Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Must be able to obtain licensing

  • Our office is located in Sun City Center, Riverview, Brandon FL.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
  • I am a proud graduate of Illinois State.
  • We currently have 32 team members at our agency.
  • Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
