Strong understanding of tolling systems, electronic toll collection (ETC), and back-office operations.
Experience with cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure) and data migration projects.
Proficiency in requirements analysis, RTM, RDD, and Agile user stories. Ability to perform root cause analysis and write clear CRs and RCA documentation.
Familiarity with interfaces, API integrations, and backend data flows.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Prior experience in transportation/tolling domain or large-scale modernization programs is a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of client's Vector platform or similar tolling back-office systems.
Exposure to financial compliance standards (GaaP) and citation/violations processing.
Understanding of Azure cloud architecture and Oracle Database@Azure environment.
