About the Role
HealthFitness has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time (30-40 hours per week, benefits eligible) HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT within our client's award-winning, 90,000-square-foot medical health and fitness center located in Downers Grove, IL. In this position, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and equipment, as well as ensuring that all amenities are stocked and in working order.
Additional associate benefits include complimentary club membership & discounts on products and services
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for cleaning, sanitation and maintenance throughout fitness center, locker rooms and/or restrooms.
Maintain supplies and amenities throughout the club.
Clean and perform light maintenance on both the cardiovascular and fitness equipment.
Ensure that the free weight area is clean and weights are returned to their racks.
Wash, dry, fold, and replenish towels.
Assist with Service Desk duties.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR/AED and first aid certification through the American Heart Association, Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
