About the Role

General Manager

The General Manager is the architect of the store culture, customer experience, and business performance. This leader owns the total store experience – balancing luxury service, operational excellence, talent development, and strategic business leadership.

TheGeneral Manager creates an environment where customers feel celebrated, team members feel inspired, and performance expectations are consistently elevated.

You don't just lead a store – you build a destination experience powered by people, culture, and meaningful moments.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Business & Operational Excellence
  • Lead the Total Store Experience
  • Coach & Develop Talent
  • Activate the Brand Promise

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required
  • Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required

Your Work Schedule:

Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
