About the Role
Global Flavour Portfolio Manager
AGRANA Fruit is part of the AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG, operating at 26 production sites on 5 continents worldwide. We offer a wide range of creative and innovative solutions for the food and beverage industry. Our fruit solutions deliver high quality fruit,which is expertly prepared to be used in the dairy, ice cream, bakery, food service and beverage industries. AGRANA Fruit's product development work incorporates the latest global nutritional and health trends.
For our location in Vienna and Kröllendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join us as Global Flavour Portfolio Manager (all genders).
Your responsibilities:
Drive global transparency and harmonization of the flavor portfolio
Establish governance and lifecycle management (creation, optimization, discontinuation)
Manage and optimize global flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market
Act as Global Process Owner for digital tools (e.g. SAP) and portfolio systems
Define and track global KPIs and ensure reliable reporting
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain
Your profile:
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
~6+ years of experience in the food / flavor industry
Experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science, or portfolio management
Strong analytical and project management skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Our attractive compensation package is, of course, aligned with current market standards. You can expect a gross annual salary starting from EUR 70,000 (all-in), with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
