  • Host at least two open houses a month - great opportunities to meet new buyers and build relationships.
  • Turn your prospecting and lead follow-up into real appointments and happy clients.
  • Join in on weekly script practice sessions so you're always sharp, confident, and ready for any conversation.
  • Be an active part of our team culture - attend events, collaborate, and grow alongside other high-performing agents.
  • Commit to weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls designed to help you continuously improve your skills and results.
  • Guide buyers every step of the way - from signing buyer agreements to finding the perfect home that fits their needs.
  • Write and negotiate offers that get accepted and protect your clients' best interests.
  • Leverage our cutting-edge PLACE technology to stay organized, track your progress, and keep every client interaction on point.
Qualifications
  • You hold a current real estate license and are ready to hit the ground running.
  • You've got experience representing buyers and know what it takes to guide clients through a smooth, successful transaction.
  • You know your local market - neighborhoods, pricing, and what's really happening on the ground.
  • You're a clear communicator and confident negotiator who builds trust easily.
  • You can work independently when needed but love being part of a collaborative, high-energy team.
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and can keep multiple deals moving without missing a beat.
  • You're comfortable with real estate tech and listing platforms that make your business run efficiently.
  • You're committed to delivering amazing client experiences and building lasting relationships.
  • You're flexible with your schedule to meet clients and show homes when it counts.
  • You stay up to date on local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices - because professionalism matters.
