What Makes This Opportunity Different

Unlike independent broker models, we've secured corporate partnership agreements with leading wealth management firms — including Canada Life, Investia, Quadrus, and others, giving you exclusive access to a territory and a defined book of financial advisors.

You'll be empowered to build your business from a base of opportunity, not from scratch.

What You'll Do
  • Own and develop a regional territory with exclusive rights to assigned accounts.
  • Act as the go-to mortgage expert for financial advisors within your territory.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with financial advisors from partner firms to drive referral volume.
  • Support clients from initial consultation through funding, leveraging best-in-class tech tools and centralized support.
  • Drive lead growth through business development, events, and account management.
  • Over time, grow your practice by building a team under you (if desired).
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience building a referral network autonomously
  • A go-getter with a track record of building a book from the ground up. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow your business.
  • Existing relationships within the FA community to support your early ramp-up.
  • Contribution of a minimum of $50M funded volume per year.
