We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to partner with C-level executives at large US enterprises on AI adoption and digital transformation. You'll shape high-impact initiatives, translate complex technology into business outcomes, and lead clients from strategy through execution. A strong fit for senior professionals equally at home in executive conversations and hands-on technical delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations; Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption; Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end; Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes; Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement; Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
6+ years of experience in U.S. consulting; Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience in large enterprises and participating in or leading digital transformation or modernization programs; Advanced English (written and spoken); Strong technical understanding of IT projects; Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills; Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel quarterly.
