About the Role

Our client has created a position for a Business Development Manager - Process Engineering Solutions (PES), to develop business opportunities while coordinating and leading sales activities throughout the US and the Americas. The position focuses on our client's line of integrated process solutions for the beverage industry. They offer a generous salary & bonus, full family benefits package, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities include:

  • Discover opportunities, understand needs, and create business for the assigned products.
  • Develop strategies for the target markets.
  • Drive the sales process by leading local team members and representatives.
Skills and qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or physics and minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum five years' experience in business development with proven record of delivering results.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of beverage-related measurements.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management acumen.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and with expertise at every level.
  • The ability to travel both domestically and internationally on average 50% of the time.
  • Spanish and Portuguese language skills are preferred.
