We are looking for a Director, Process Optimization to build and lead the process design, standardisation, and continuous improvement function across Nscale's Business Operations organisation.
This role will set the operating standard for how Nscale designs, documents, measures, and improves critical internal and external processes. You will build the frameworks that help site operations, construction, procurement, legal, recruitment, supply chain, manufacturing, and commissioning teams work together with greater clarity, speed, and accountability.
You will be responsible for turning complex, fast-moving operational workflows into scalable playbooks, clear ownership models, measurable KPIs, and repeatable processes that support Nscale's growth across new sites and geographies.
Nscale is scaling rapidly, and the way we operate must scale with the business. This role will help remove avoidable delays, reduce rework, strengthen accountability, and create repeatable operating models across the teams responsible for delivering AI infrastructure.
By building the process standards, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional engagement models that underpin Business Operations, you will help Nscale move faster with greater confidence, consistency, and control.
