Sr Engineer Electrical
The Electrical Specialist's primary functions are to ensure that the plant's controls, networking, and power systems are fully operational and reliable as required to support the complete conversion process to schedule, rate of production, and all products produced fully within specification.Responsibilities include technical leadership, continuous improvement, capital projects, and electrical documentation and software control.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities include demonstrated and recognized breadth of expertise in several types of manufacturing equipment and related operations, supervision and coordination with supplier companies, external technical resources, and internal customers, technical problem resolution and implementation on existing manufacturing systems as well as on new systems being installed, and understanding of project management tools and requirements.
Minimum education and experience requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Electrical/Mechatronics) or equivalent work experience, and minimum of 5 years in operations, engineering, or related field.
