Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed
Adhere to performance metrics and client guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace
Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks)
