About the Role
Business Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training)
We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI understands, explains, and applies core business concepts — from strategy and management to operations and finance.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule and work asynchronously on meaningful projects that put your teaching skills to real use.

Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI systems
Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required — your subject matter expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Industry or applied business experience beyond the classroom
Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
