We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to serve as the Associate Director, Product Manager – Workforce Adaptive Planning, responsible for owning the technical roadmap for Workday's Adaptive Planning and ensuring its alignment with the broader workforce planning and workforce intelligence objectives.This role includes oversight of individual business unit (BU) product owners and the leadership of cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable workforce planning solutions, supporting the successful deployment and sustainment of the platform across multiple BUs.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise system deployments, workforce planning, and collaborative strategy development.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD.The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
