Our client is an AI-first GTM (Go-To-Market) systems company founded by experienced revenue leaders. They build end-to-end automated revenue engines that transform market signals into qualified pipeline using AI agents, workflow automation, and scalable data infrastructure.

Their stack combines tools like workflow automation platforms, enrichment systems, CRM integrations, and custom AI agent orchestration layers—serving high-growth companies scaling from $1M to $100M+ ARR.

Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Hours: US Timezone

We're hiring a Marketing Leader with a performance-driven, GTM engineering mindset to own and scale demand generation across outbound, inbound, and brand channels.

This is a hybrid Marketing Leader + Marketing Engineer role, where you will design and execute systems that directly generate pipeline not just leads.

You'll leverage tools like Clay and Claude to build automated, signal-driven growth engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale MQL generation and pipeline contribution
  • Build signal-based marketing systems aligned with outbound GTM motions
  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns tied to revenue
  • Use Clay to enrich data, orchestrate workflows, and power outbound/inbound campaigns
  • Leverage Claude for messaging, content generation, personalization, and workflow automation
  • Develop automated marketing systems using AI and no-code tools (e.g., n8n)
  • Optimize MQL → SQL conversion rates in collaboration with sales/GTM teams
  • Manage and optimize marketing spend and CAC efficiency
  • Drive content and campaign strategy with direct pipeline attribution
  • Analyze and iterate on cost per MQL and pipeline ROI
