HTOWORX, a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio, offers the first-ever combination of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help our members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories—among many otherbenefits of infrared fitness. Our studios provide 24-hour access to virtually instructed workouts including HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, Hot Barre None, and more. All workouts take place in our patented HOTWORX infrared sauna, in a semi-private setting designed for all fitness levels, delivering more workout in less time.

As a cutting-edge brand, HOTWORX has experienced explosive growth since our inception, even thriving through the challenges of a global pandemic. We continue to expand rapidly across North America and abroad. We're currently seeking motivated, dynamic team members to help drive our ongoing success through business and performance coaching for our franchisees.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact professionally with franchise owners.
  • Team player mindset with a focus on meeting both individual and departmental goals centered on the profitability of assigned studio locations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage projects efficiently through all stages: site selection, construction, launch, and beyond.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, and a genuine belief in the HOTWORX brand and its benefits.
  • Financial literacy, including experience with QuickBooks, spreadsheet management, and dashboard reporting to analyze financial and sales performance.
  • Marketing acumen, with knowledge of social media platforms and metrics related to lead generation and studio traffic.
  • Leadership and training skills, especially in areas such as membership sales, customer service, retention, and prospecting.
  • Ability to coach and motivate franchisees, guiding them through our proven system from real estate and financing to construction and grand opening.
  • Self-discipline and adaptability, with the ability to learn quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Accountability and compliance oversight—Ability to effectively coach and hold franchisees accountable to brand standards, operational procedures, and the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement. This includes confidently addressing non-compliance and guiding owners through corrective actions with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
