Mission of the Position

The Sensedia account executive must be ready to develop long-lasting relationships and seek results in the day-to-day of their activities.They will have relationships with diverse organizations from various verticals, ranging from retail to health, from telecommunications to education, there are no limits to where they can go or relate.The Business Development Manager must focus on the prospecting and retention of strategic clients, with a proven track record of successful negotiations and exceeding results with a high focus on the customer experience.

Experience in working in teams and with service partners and relating to managers, IT/Telecom coordinators and C-Level executives.

Daily Activities
  • Prospecting and retention of clients through direct remote and face-to-face relationships.
  • Working together with Sensedia's internal teams to develop commercial and technical proposals to be presented to clients.
Required Qualifications for This Position
  • Experience in SaaS solutions sales
  • Use of Google Suite tools, Hubspot are desirable
  • Knowledge of budget, business plans, cost and price formation
  • Understanding of BANT and PDCA analysis.
  • Experience in executive account relationships in Enterprise and Middle Market accounts
  • Experience with farming and hunting;
  • Residing preferably in Porto Alegre and region.
  • Availability for travel
Differentiating Requirements for This Position
  • Knowledge of technology: databases, programming, integrations via APIs and microservices
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and professional service delivery models, open and closed scope.
