The School of Art and Design at East Carolina University seeks qualified applicants for a temporary, fixed-term Teaching Instructor or Teaching Assistant Professor to teach in the area of ceramics and foundations.This position will teach 3-3 three-credit courses for the 2026 Fall Semester and will help coordinate, support, and maintain ceramics facilities.
In addition this position will engage with other faculty departmental activities such participation in recruitment events; will attend faculty meetings and faculty development workshops; participate in service to the School, College, University and community; and other activities as appropriate.This position is not benefits-eligible.
Terminal degree (MFAor equivalent) in visual arts.
