Manufacturing Supervisor Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)
Join a collaborative team where you'll help manufacture life-changing therapies. You'll guide operations in a cGMP environment and contribute directly to delivering high-quality products to patients and efficient production activities throughout the night schedule.
Shift Schedule: - Shift: Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)
- Starting off: First 2-week orientation and training period is on the day shift
- Additional Pay: Nights and weekend shifts include additional pay

What you will do: - Lead safe, compliant daily operations in a manufacturing suite.
- Plan schedules and assign tasks to meet production goals.
- Review batch records and logbooks for clarity and accuracy.
- Coach and develop operators through ongoing feedback and training.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve obstacles.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise.
- Support deviations, SOP updates, and continuous improvement efforts.
What we are looking for: - AS/BS degree in a science field; HS diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
- 5-10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
- 1-4 years of supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
- Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.
- Ability to work in cleanrooms and lift up to 50 lbs.
