Your Responsibilities

Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will look like this:

• Strategic development and expansion of customer relationships/accounts as a trusted advisor in the banking environment
• Business development and sales with clear revenue responsibility (pitches, offers, upselling)
• Leadership of challenging Data & AI projects with responsibility for time, quality, budget, and risk – from the strategic conception to the successful implementation with the customer
• Leadership and development of a consultant team as well as ensuring efficient resource planning and project assignment
• Presentation of project results and derivation of action recommendations towards management level
• Development of innovative solutions in the area of Gen AI / Agentic AI or related Data & AI topics
• Further development of internal processes, methods, and best practices
• Quality assurance through coaching, feedback, and KPI tracking

Your Profile

Data is in your DNA? This is what you should bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Data & AI consulting environment
• Proven professional experience in the banking industry is mandatory
• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a similar field or a comparable qualification
• High drive, hands-on mentality, and willingness to take responsibility, actively drive topics forward and achieve sustainable successes
• Proven success in leading complex projects and teams
• Experience in business development, ideally with your own revenue responsibility and profitability targets
• Strong focus on Gen AI / Agentic AI or comparable modern Data & AI technologies
• Sophistication and several years of experience in customer contact
• Proficient skills in stakeholder management and communication at management level
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
• Travel readiness within the scope of the consulting activity
