Job Overview
Palmetto Heat & Air is seeking two experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a hands-on, onsite role servicing residential and light commercial clients. This position plays a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service and upholding the company’s strong reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose system malfunctions and provide accurate solutions
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Operate company vehicle safely and maintain tools and equipment
- Participate in occasional weekend work and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Honest, dependable, and hard-working work ethic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in various environmental conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
