Industrial Maintenance Technician Make an Impact with a Growing Industry Leader Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for an opportunity to play a vital role in a growing manufacturing organization? What You'll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of industrial electrical and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operations.
Key Responsibilities - Diagnose electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical wiring, fixtures, and related equipment
- Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and code compliance
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, motor starters, relays, contactors, transformers, and electrical distribution systems up to 480V
- Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment
- Inspect and maintain circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components
- Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures
Qualifications Required - High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent industrial electrical experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power and 480V equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred - Technical degree or certification in Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
- Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts
- ERP system experience
