About the Role

Inside Sales Representative One of our great clients is seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team serving the performing arts industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to build and manage their own book of business while making a meaningful impact by supporting young musicians and artists. The position offers the opportunity to develop deep product knowledge, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue through consultative sales. This is a great opportunity located in Wheeling IL. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by serving as the primary point of contact via phone and email.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by presenting and closing additional product lines.
  • Educate customers on product offerings, options, pricing, and availability to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and website contact forms.
  • Proactively initiate outbound communication with prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals and conduct consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into orders.
  • Collaborate with customers to finalize order specifications, including product selections and design details.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through order completion.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and competitive team environment focused on achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Pay $55-$60k, depending on experience
