LHH is partnering with a growing and dynamic organization near Aurora, OH to identify a motivated Inside Sales Representative. What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory
  • Drive sales through outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-up on inbound leads
  • Convert quotes into orders while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Confidently promote products, programs, and company initiatives
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with field sales teams and internal departments to ensure seamless service
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, team collaboration, and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Support a positive, professional, and safety-focused workplace culture
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Previous inside sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
