Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Springfield, Ohio (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO + holidays) Duration: Direct Hire

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Springfield, Ohio. This role is responsible for driving sales growth through customer engagement, relationship building, and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of sales experience, with a background in manufacturing strongly preferred, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales communications via phone, email, and other channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into revenue
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and market trends
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
